What a great book to end my year on. This one had me giggling one page and then gasping the next. It was so well written, the main character is hilarious. I love a sassy main character energy.
As far as horrors go, this one wasn’t THAT scary (I may have been clutching my dog against his will for a couple pages) but it was more the anticipation of what would be coming next. We spend a lot of time leaning about Sam’s life and what she fears she will have to do with her mother getting older and maybe needing more help.
I truly enjoyed this read and would highly recommend to anyone honestly.
Book 105 of the year! Crushed my goal and I’m so proud of myself. Won’t be doing that again. It started to feel more like a job than a fun hobby.
